In The Spotlight

305 Communications and Events, LLC was the event management company of record for the 2015 Hispanic IT Executive Council Q4 IT Leadership Summit and HITEC 100 Awards. 305 planned and managed the entire event from beginning to end. We were in charge of the event budget, venue contract and negotiations, vendor selection and management, event design and implementation, invitations and RSVPs, as well as management of the event itself. The gala dinner was held at the Four Seasons with the HITEC Summit taking place at the headquarters of Facebook. A total of 400 guests were in attendance, including C-level executives from Fortune 500 Companies like Facebook, HP, AT&T, DHL Americas, Comcast NBC Universal, and the Hersheys Company.
